The Mpumalanga Department of Health in the Gert Sibande District marked Youth Day with a sporting event programme at Sivukile Sports Ground in Morgenzon, aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles among young males and females through soccer and netball.

Additionally, health workers disseminated valuable information on teenage pregnancy, focusing on the eradication of unplanned teenage pregnancies and the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV to the participants and community who came to support the event.
